SMS Consent — Outstanding Keys appointment & service notifications

This page is a verification/reference page for the Outstanding Keys messaging program. This page does not enroll you. No one is subscribed by visiting it. It exists so that anyone reviewing our messaging program — including carriers and messaging compliance reviewers — can read the exact consent wording we show customers, without needing to start a booking or create an account.
Where consent is actually given
Customers may optionally join the messaging program in one of two places, and nowhere else:
- while booking a service at outstandingkeys.com/book, on the step where contact details are entered; or
- while creating an account at outstandingkeys.com/auth, on the Create Account tab.
In both places, consent is given by ticking a checkbox. That checkbox is unchecked by default, it is optional, and it is not required to book a service or to create an account — both can be completed without it. It is also separate from accepting our Terms of Service: agreeing to the Terms is its own, different checkbox and never counts as messaging consent.
