Pricing and Payment

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment as described at the time of booking and in your customer portal. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to other clients.

If you choose to receive text messages from Outstanding Keys, we send transactional text (SMS) messages related to your service.

• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from further messages.

• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
